House located on an enclosed plot of 950 m2 with views of the bay of Saint Vaast La Hougue and the Saint Marcouf Islands. Composed on the ground floor of a large living room, dining room, lounge, fitted kitchen of 55 m2 and a shower room with wc. On the 1st floor 1 bedroom with sea view 1 large double bed (160) and 1 sofa that can be transformed into a bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with view on the marshes with a double bed (140), and a bathroom with wc.
