Charming villa located on an enclosed plot with direct access to the beach. Breathtaking view of the bay of Saint Vaast La Hougue, the Saint Marcouf Islands and the beaches of Calvados. Composed on the ground floor of a living room-lounge, fitted kitchen, a bedroom with sea view a large bed (160), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a veranda.
