About this apartment rental

Large loft-style studio with an area of 37 m2 located in a city center building at the foot of the Cathedral with elevator on the 5th and last floor (the elevator stops on the 4th).
Completely refurbished. .
At the foot of the building, a large downtown sign with a grocery department open until 8 p.m .; as well as a bus station. Immediate proximity to all shops and services in the city center, restaurants, multiplex (10 cinemas) and 300 meters from the SOULAGES Museum.
It is equipped to ensure maximum comfort for its occupants
- 180 cm latex bed
- flat screen TV - DVD player - radio CD player
- Large closed dressing room at the entrance.
- Bed and bathroom linen is provided.

Great apartment, great host!

Great apartment, great host!

The apartment is well located, within walking distance to everything. City of Rodez surprised us with a vibrant night life. The apartment has everything you may want in a vacation rental with the exception of a washing machine. Otherwise it's perfect. Francine was an amazing host, very accommodating and she went out of her way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Thank you!

We booked Gite 1 (studio apartment) for one week stay. Studio was well equipped - micro, induction range top,small fridge, firm Queen size bed and reasonable sized bathroom. The Gite is in a professional building at the foot of the cathedral so extremely quiet but also well located near the pedestrian streets of this beautiful city. From our 2x3 balconies (one on either side of the kitchen table), we had a view of the building courtyard and past to the cathedral and the square beyond.Monoprix for all shopping needs and if the Monoprix is closed there is another grocery (City) to the right of the parking lot behind the apartment (follow rue Cusset about 2 minutes). Gite is about 2 minutes from Soulanges museum and 7 minutes from the other two major museums in Rodez.Parking options are directly behind the apartment (about 15 spaces) with a few other options nearby.you can also ask Francine to make arrangements for long-term parking in a nearby lot ( about 7 minutes away).All in all a very pleasant experience. Our thanks to Francine who made this rental a success!

Centrally located next to the cathedral in the center of town. Easy walkability to cafés, restaurants, museums and the central plaza. The apartment has every amenity and was extremely clean. Francine is an impeccable host who went out of her way to make our stay perfect. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Il ne manque RIEN. Tout a ete pense jusqu au moindre detail. Tout est fait pour qu on s y sente tres bien. Et on s y est senti merveilleusement bien. Accueil tres chaleureux.. On aimerait y retourner.

Le studio extrêmement propre et très bien décoré est situé en plein centre de Rodez, à quelques mètres de la cathédrale et des vieilles rues piétonnes et commerçantes. Les musées, dont le musée Soulage, sont accessibles à pieds. La propriétaire Madame Mouysset nous a accueilli avec le sourire et une grande gentillesse.

Nous avons passé 3 jours à Rodez. Surtout pour visiter Conques, mais c'était une bonne idée de partir de Rodez, ayant la possibilité de visiter Rodez aussi avec sa cathédrale et les musées Soulages et Fenaille. Une ville vibrante avec tant de choses à voir. Et quel jolie pays!

Nous étions déjà dans cet appartement en août 2016 Nous y sommes revenues cette année : c'est dire à quel point nous l'avions apprécié ! Je dirai d'abord que Rodez est une ville très attrayante, agréable, ses habitants, ses commerçants sont particulièrement chaleureux et bienveillants. Il y a bien sûr le magnifique musée Soulages, sa collection était accompagnée cette année par une extraordinaire exposition temporaire autour de Calder. Mais il y a aussi tant d'autres choses à découvrir à Rodez. La cuisine y est particulièrement bonne et généreuse. Nous y avons découvert cette année le Café du Commerce, tout y était excellent et même le service. Cuisine maison, produits frais, assiette généreuse, serveurs charmants. La région, ensuite, verdoyante, est très riche de nombreuses découvertes et de villages magnifiques. Et je ne terminerai pas mon post sans parler de la propriétaire, Madame MOUYSSET, parfaite elle aussi ! Toutes les qualités que l'on peut imaginer : délicate, fine, discrète, à l'écoute, réactive. On s'en ferait bien une amie !! Malheureusement on ne peut pas partir tous les ans à Rodez, dommage ! Mais je conseille cette région à tous ceux qui sont à la recherche d'authenticité et tout particulièrement cet appartement.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Rodez dans un appartement plus que conforme à l'annonce avec un accueil chaleureux et de judicieux conseils de Mme Mouysset. L'appartement est placé plein centre avec la possibilité appréciable d'un parking sécurisé à 150 mètres. Parfait pour rayonner en Aveyron car beaucoup de sites sont à moins de 60 km de la ville. Nous vous conseillons le restaurant "Les Aromes"(très bon rapport qualité/prix) rue Ste Catherine . Michel & Viviane . Avril 2017

Le gite est spacieux, calme et clair parfaitement aménagé et agréablement décoré, et parfaitement entretenu. Calme et lumineux, il est idéalement situé aux pieds de la cathédrale et à deux pas du centre historique de Rodez, de la place du marché et des musées. Grande gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire.
