Welcome "Chez La Mère" Classification 3 * Furnished Tourism
Charentaise family house built in 1900, I have known it since childhood. It was the family home for everyone around us. Then it became a family restaurant for 25 years. Today, for 2 years we have renovated it up to date to make you share the soul of this childhood home. It is divided into 2 parts separated by a large games room, a main house with 8 beds, and an outbuilding with 4 beds overlooking the pool. A summer kitchen and its terrace will give you memories of an unforgettable evening.
Main house sleeps 8 min:
On the ground floor, you will have a large family lounge with period fireplace, a dining room (12 people), a kitchen, a master bedroom (160 bed) with bathroom, wc, laundry room, a library which will delight readers,
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 4 beds of 90 cm), shower room and wc,
Outbuilding 4 sleeps Min:
Kitchen near the swimming pool fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and a Senseo, open to living room with sitting area and television, wifi, dining room and its terrace overlooking the pool. Barbecue, deckchair.
2 bedrooms: 160 x 200 bed with bathroom and walk-in shower, sink.
Another with 160 x 200 cm bed and 90 x 200 cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.
Washing machine and its tancarville.
Games room between the two Houses:
Nice games room with ping-pong table, table football, and relaxation area with various games. The fenced garden is equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
Cycle track at the end of the street which will lead you to Ronce les Bains and to all our magnificent beaches) We provide a few bikes (1 child and 2 adults) free of charge.
and a games room with table tennis and badminton net.
You will like to discover the Zoo of La Palmyre, visit the villages of Mornac-sur-Seudre and Brouage, Talmont admire the view from the top of the Lighthouse of the Coubre and enjoy the 25 km of sandy beaches classified Blue Flag.
We are a few km from the island of Oleron.
All linens are provided and bed made and towels are provided too.

Cette maison atypique avec beaucoup de cachet est parfaite !
Lors de notre séjour, nous étions 9 personnes et ses différents coins salons, son immense pièce de jeux, sa grande cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires, ses grandes chambres... l'idéal pour passer de merveilleuses vacances !
L'extérieur est également parfait avec ses 2 terrasses, du mobilier de jardin en grande quantité, 2 barbecues et surtout sa magnifique piscine pour se délasser !
Son emplacement est idéal : au calme, mais à quelques minutes des commerces et des activités.
Et sans oublier le super accueil d'Angelina, qui aime sa région autant que moi, et qui sait si bien en parler !
Je recommande vraiment cette magnifique maison !

We had a very relaxing holiday, lots of room , fun playing table tennis, swimming and molkky. There were some problems with the pool the first week but the owner did all that was possible to help. If you want to use the bikes to go to the beach it might be a good idea to bring padlocks and helmets with you. I would certainly recommend the property for a large family

Nous sommes arrivés à 12 en vacances… Angélina nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance (nous avons pu déguster une bonne bouteille de pineau des Charentes). La maison est grande, spacieuse, adaptée à la vie en famille, sécurisée et chargé d'histoire. Le cadre est agréable. La piscine est sécurisée et parfaite pour les enfants (sol non glissant). Tout est fait pour un beau séjour… Et une literie fabuleuse (à nous faire regretter de retrouver nos lits). Nous reviendrons très vite.
