In Perros-Guirec, on the Pink Granite Coast, ideally located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brittany (Trestraou beach), this apartment benefits from an exceptional view of the sea as well as a good orientation.
It is located in a beautiful, very quiet private residence with a manicured and flowery garden overlooking the coast; there is also a collective car park and direct access by a private staircase to the wide sandy beach.

It also includes a bedroom with 1 double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, a bathroom with sink, shower, wc and washing machine, an entrance hall; all tastefully decorated.

There is also a bicycle / windsurfing room.
It will be the starting point for all your activities in Perros Guirec or in its surroundings and there is something for everyone: walking tours (customs trail along the splendid pink granite coast and accessible at the back of the residence ), sea excursions (the 7 islands, the island of Bréhat), excursions by car, shopping, sports, water sports (sailing, surfing, etc.) or of course rest.
