In the heart of the resort, facing the beach of Trestraou, you will enjoy a permanent animation but without noise nuisance.
Near the apartment you will find a row of restaurants and bakery, (GMS about 5km), cinema .... The center of Perros-Guirec is only 500m from the beach of Trestraou.
There are lots of beautiful landscapes to discover and walks to do (the landing stage for the 7 islands is only a few meters from the apartment). The beach is also very pleasant with all facilities for children: Mickey club, riding school, small motorcycles, inflatable castle, surf club ... and this wonderful view!

Appartement idéal pour un couple amateur de beaux paysages

Appartement idéal pour un couple amateur de beaux paysages

La localisation de l’appartement est vraiment idéale : il donne directement sur la plage de Trestaou, la portion du sentier du littoral donnant sur la côte de granit rose et le départ des vedettes permettant la découverte des sept îles et l’île de Bréhat. La vue depuis le balcon est sublime, nous avions peur que les terrasses de restaurant juste en dessous apportent quelques nuisances mais pas du tout, tout est très calme et on peut se laisser bercer par le bruit des vagues. L’appartement est très bien équipé, il manquerait peut-être un aspirateur pour être plus efficace sur le ménage. La literie manque un peu de confort, le matelas est un peu dur et enfoncé et le lit craque à chaque mouvement. Nous n’avons pas croisé les propriétaires (fonctionnement par boîte à clés) mais de gentilles attentions étaient prévues à notre arrivée : cidre, dosettes de café et conseils touristiques. Le plus gros bémol que nous pourrions apporter serait que le sol était sale à notre arrivée, nous amenant à balayer et passer la serpillière à notre installation. En conclusion nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement !

Très chouette petit appartement très bien situé et avec vue sur mer. La région est vraiment très belle avec de belles promenades à faire à proximité. Appartement très propre, facile d'accès et instructions reçues des propriétaires (entrée libre) étaient très claires. Juste un petit bémol pour le matelas qui devrait être changé (il penche fort vers le milieu du lit).

Nous avons passé merveilleux séjour, les souvenirs sont encore présents 3 semaines après... La côte de granit rose est surprenante, plus belle que sur photos ! Würde jederzeit wieder hingehen. Der Küstenwanderweg und viele tolle kleine Städtchen sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Der Strand ist auch super, Restaurants sind direkt am Strand. Parkplatzsuche könnte in der Saison schwierig werden.

J’ai passé un agréable week-end, l’appartement est impeccable, très bien placé ! On s’y sent très bien. Manque de chance pour moi samedi après midi il y a eu une énorme coupure de courant de midi jusqu’à 23h Mais malgré tout un bon week-end Je le recommanderais et j’hésiterais pas à revenir
