About this apartment rental
Nice apartment of 33m2 on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator overlooking the magnificent beach of Trestraou de Perros-Guirec. Completely renovated in 2022. 2 stars.

Its location is ideal for enjoying the beach and visiting the pink granite coast (GR34 at 150m).

For your comfort, we prepare the beds before your arrival.

Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 11 am.
At the beginning of October 2025, a construction site started in front of the apartment (on the other side of the street). During the day (from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm), on weekdays, the work can sometimes be a little noisy. The apartment is equipped with double glazing, but the use of the balcony can be less pleasant.
However, the site is not active on weekends, and not active in summer.
