Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, très bien situé. Accueil agréable, propreté impeccable, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Simple, moderne, joli, sans surcharge, comme nous l'aimons! (l'accès est peut être un peu raide pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer) Merci beaucoup, nous le recommandons.

Logement comme neuf, bien aménagé et bien situé

Logement d'abord identifié sur VRBO mais paiement par carte de crédit impossible. Ensuite découvert Abritel comme copie conforme de VRBO, mais cette fois-ci la carte de crédit est acceptée. La vue sur la plage de Trestraou est superbe. Le logement est près du départ du sentier des douaniers et des restaurants de la plage. Le centre de Perros-Guirec, où se trouvent la plupart des commerces dont un Carrefour Express (CE) est accessible par une rue en forte pente. Il vaut mieux prendre la voiture pour y accéder pour faire des courses. L'appartement est confortable et bien équippé. La propriétaire a donné toutes les explications pour l'utilisation des appareils ménagers. Le frigo est spacieux. La taque fonctionne à induction. Malgré les explications, la présence des modes d'emploi s'est avérée indispensable. Le lit est confortable mais certains trouveront la couette trop chaude malgré la température extérieure entre 10° et 15° la nuit. Il fait très calme la nuit et la journée. Une couverture de remplacement est disponible. La TV est une Android et demande un peu d'habitude pour s'y retrouver. Le Wifi marche très bien. Les places de parking à l'extérieur sont limitées mais dans l'ensemble nous n'avons pas eu de difficultés à trouver un emplacement. Par temps chaud le balcon doit être très agréable mais en septembre il faisait généralement trop froid pour en profiter. Tout au plus l'escalier d'accès à l'extérieur serait un peu raide pour certains. En conclusion, le logement correspond bien à la description et nous a permis de faire un séjour très agréable à Perros Guirec.

L’appartement est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, neuf, fonctionnel, idéalement placé avec magnifique vue sur la plage de Trestraou avec un accès rapide ainsi qu’au sentier des douaniers. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la qualité de l'accueil de notre hôte. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une région magnifique. Nous reviendrons.

La vue est vraiment magnifique du matin au soir! De plus, l’appartement est situé au calme dans une petite résidence.
