About this apartment rental
Texas beach house can be rented as a whole property (all 3 floors/condos) or individually depending on the amount of people in your group
Each floor is independent and separate with its own kitchen, washer dryers etc.
Very popular property on South Padre island for family vacations and reunions.
Floor 1 description:
Good access to the beach in this condo. Walk into the condo, then straight onto the beach.
Great for small families.
Saltillo tile throughout the condo
Small kitchen with all utensils and appliances.
Bedroom 1: Queen with single trundle bed on North East bedroom
Bedroom 2: Smaller bedroom , full bed
Bedroom 1 & 2 has a sliding pocket door for privacy.
Main living room: King bed (this condo used to be an efficiency.)
Direct TV in main living room and North East bedroom.
Free WiFi
Washer and Dryer.
Small deck on the beach side undercover of the 2nd Floor deck. Picnic table and BBQ.
Limited ocean view as you are at sand dune level.
Garage included, so you can park your car inside for security.
Hurricane shutters on the main ocean side window and the roadside window
Professionally managed outside security cameras. Front entrance, parking lot, beachside access.
For security purposes only, there are 4 video cameras on the property. One is a camera that shows the first floor front entrance. Another is at the front wall of the west side of property and shows parking spaces, another is from the 5th floor showing the parking space. Another is on the third floor showing the beach access area.
There are also the following outdoor cameras in use:
1. Outdoor camera front door (covering entry area)
2. Outdoor camera carport (covering driveway/carport)
3. Outdoor camera pool (covering pool water surface)
4. Outdoor camera porch (covering the sliding door and part of porch)"
