You will love this 3 Bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 8 from Rent On Padre. This is a very comfortable and charming unit. The owner has put a lot of attention to detail for a wonderful welcoming feel. From the front balcony, you have a view of the water. This condo is located on a quiet street. The updated kitchen is stocked with everything you need.
You get a beautiful king size bedroom in the Primary Suite. The second bedroom is wonderfully decorated with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds. You will love the Charm in this condo. You also have a washer and dryer in the unit
Out back you will find the beautiful pool and pool deck. You will love this tropical oasis. Enjoy your afternoon at the pool, or walk less than a block to the beach. Either way, it will be a Win Win for the family!

This was our first time in SPI, and this was a great property to stay at for our first visit. We had two adults and six kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us—we never felt crowded. The property had a nice pool, and the grounds were well maintained. The location was less than five minutes from the beach and beach access, and it was conveniently close to many restaurants and attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to families or larger groups looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to South Padre Island!

Great place to stay -= only issue was parking. If you have large vehicles ( truck / SUV) only real room for one vehicle. We parked on Gulf Blvd - fairly close to house. Also - keyless lock would not let us in - manager came and fixed it.

We traveled with parents and two young kids. This was a very comfortable apartment, clean and very close to the beach. Highly recommended.

No grilling is kinda silly. The master bed was very firm. I’m not one to sit around and watch TV while at the beach. but during rainy season, it would’ve been nice to have a TV that offers apps for streaming or at least the ability to mirror (chromecast or airplay). The space was adequate for a family of 6, and pet friendly. Nice, clean pool. And the place had great water pressure.
