About this villa rental
_ The villa is located in the heart of the forest, 900 m from the most beautiful beaches of Ile d'Oleron, on the west coast of the island. It is a house with heated swimming pool 8 x 4 close to all amenities and shops. The bike path passes near the villa. Possibility to go to the beach on foot (about 10 minutes) through the forest see by bike.
The villa has a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom with Italian shower, a toilet, three bedrooms = 6 people maximum and a garage and a pool shelter with a lounge and the other side a dining area.
_ The linen is not provided.
_ Free wifi access.
_ Animals are accepted however thank you to indicate it by indicating the race.
_ A deposit will be requested upon check in by check or other payment and returned at the end of your stay subject to possible replacement costs. "For French holidaymakers, a check of
1 500 € uros will be requested but will not be cashed (see above) .// For other holidaymakers 1 000 € uros in cash you will be asked, a form of deposit made in two copies and signed by both parties . For English, the security deposit can be made in Sterling £ drunk.
_ The tourist tax has to be paid also at the entrance to the villa.

Nous avons passons un excellent séjour. Beau temps, piscine , mer , et très jolie location. Jolie maison , spacieuse et propre. Merci beaucoup, que du bonheur !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison, idéalement située au cœur de l’île. La piste cyclable est juste en face de la maison et permet d’accéder à la plage en 10 minutes et à de très jolies balades. La maison est très confortable, joliment décorée et conforme aux photos. La propriétaire est très gentille. Vous ne serez pas déçus en séjournant ici!

"We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and very well equipped villa. The accommodation was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenagers.
