In La Cotinière, contemporary house (167m2) resolutely modern in a luxury spirit, built in 2018 in an enclosed garden of approx. 400 m² with a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4.5m. Close to all shops and beaches (200m)
The house has a 60 m² living room.
On the ground floor the living room, the dining room, an open kitchen and two bedrooms (13 and 16 m²) with a bathroom including a toilet and separate toilet.
Upstairs two bedrooms of 13 and 12 m2 each with its own bathroom.
All the rooms open onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. The house has underfloor heating.
The construction was carried out to offer all modern comfort with noble quality materials.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the layout of the house is particularly suitable for couples of friends.
The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach.
The house is a 3-minute walk from shops, in the market town of La Cotinière, famous for its fishing port and its auction.

We loved our stay here. The property is very modern, clean and well furnished with a super heated pool and lots of space. It is on a quiet road but with easy access to the village centre with restaurants, bakers, bike hire etc. Thoroughly recommend

Très belle villa moderne proche des commerces, du port à pied. Piscine super agréable, chauffée, au soleil toute la journée. proche de tout à 2 mn, mais super calme. Propriétaire très sympathique au tel, conciergerie adorable, et ponctuelle.
Une merveilleuse semaine.

Très bonnes vacances passées dans cette maison idéalement située à Saint Pierre d’Oleron
La maison est récente avec de belles prestations et est entièrement équipée
Nous avons profité de la belle terrasse et de la piscine sans vis à vis
