This apartment was small for 3 people but worked. It is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, but not too far from a train station so it is easy to get into Paris to see the sights. The manager was very helpful, but also gave my family of introverts the personal space that we needed to relax.

We were only going to stay in Versailles for a week before staying in Paris. But within an hour an walking through the door and meeting Paul, we had cancelled our Paris accommodation so we could stay in this beautiful apartment for as long as we could. Paul couldn't have been more helpful and we are so grateful that he trusted us (and our 3 year old daughter!) with his beautiful books, pictures and ornaments. Versailles itself is as stunning as it is relaxed. Great restaurants, bars, markets, bakeries and antique shops are a short stroll away and the incredible Chateau is a 10 minute walk at the very most. Paris was only a 5 minute walk to the station and then a 20 minute train ride away. Paris was great but coming back to this apartment every night was what really made our stay. The apartment and all of the utilities are very modern, in excellent condition and beautifully designed. We couldn't have wished for a better 2 weeks. Thank you Paul

Dear ALL This is such a lovely flat! And Paul is the man you need to make your stay happy and efficient. The flat is drop dead charming and very close tothe train station..We were in Paris most evenings as it took only 20 odd minutes. Versaille is larger than we thought and really worth a longer stay.

Superbe appartement. Nous avons adoré notre ce séjour à Versailles. Accueil au top et conseils à foison. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Coté pratique on trouve très facilement un place pour se garer à toute heure. L'appartement est lumineux et situé dans le quartier chic de Versailles. Un grand merci.

Nous sommes arrivés tard et malgré cela nous avons été accueillis comme si nous étions de la famille. L'appartement est magnifique et décoré avec un grand soin. On est vraiment chez soi Tout est là rien ne manque ! Cuisine super équipée, moi qui aime faire la cuisine c'était parfait. Le propriétaire a prit le temps de nous faire visiter le quartier, la place du marché et les commerçants qui ont de si beaux produits, un vrai délice ! Le quartier et très calme, pas de bruit la nuit, la literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici. Un grand merci !

Nous avons loué cet appartement deux semaines à l'été 2016 et nous avons adoré notre expérience. L'appartement est confortable, spacieux, propre et tout équipé, en plus d’être magnifiquement décoré. Nous n'avions pas de voiture et ce n'était pas nécessaire, car tout était à proximité. À une dizaines de minutes à pied se trouve un grand marché avec près d'une vingtaine de restaurants et terrasses. Sinon, épicerie, boulangerie et pâtisserie vous permettront de faire vos achats et manger à l'appartement si vous le souhaitez. Le propriétaire est très disponible et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes, avant et pendant notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation.

Très agréable séjour d’une semaine en couple. Propriétaires aux petits soins, d’une grande courtoisie. Appartement doté d’un charme fou, une vraie mine d’idées déco. Tout confort, vraie cuisine, vraie salle de bains, literie optimale. Un chez-soi à vivre, qui raconte une histoire, à l’instar de toute la ville. Quartier paisible et charmant. Emplacement idéal, par rapport aux commerces, services… et au château. Aucun doute : nous reviendrons.

Appartement très agréable et très bien décoré. On y est très bien reçu et l’on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. Superbement situé au cœur de Versailles, il est à proximité de tous les commerces et principaux centres d’intérêts. Le propriétaire prend également le temps de vous informer sur toutes les commodités et les bons plans du quartier ainsi que sur les accès aux principaux transports en commun. Et si cela ne suffisait pas, une très grande bibliothèque est pourvue de nombreux guides touristiques. Ce logement est parfaitement équipé et dispose de tous les ustensiles de cuisine. La machine à laver se situe au sous-sol. Il dispose également d’une télévision, d’une chaîne Hi-Fi compatible MP3 ainsi que d’un très bon accès internet. Je ne peux que vous recommander cette location que ce soit pour une nuit ou pour un mois. Son confort et son esprit pratique ne pourra que participer à un séjour réussi.

An excellent apartment in a fantastic location

This apartment is very central. It is within walking distance to everything in Versailles - the Palace, shops, train stations and the local fresh food market. We had a car but did not use it. The couple of times we went into Paris, we used the trains – so much easier. The fresh food market here is the best I have seen anywhere – it was great to be able to shop for food as required, and to stock up on supplies that are not available everywhere in France & Italy – for example, fresh spices. Paul is an excellent host. He lives next door and is available for any queries or help, but certainly does not live in your pocket. There has clearly been a lot of thought put into the renovation and decoration of this apartment. We have been travelling for over a year, and this is the first place where I have been happy to use all the appliances and utensils in the kitchen and have not had to resort to using things I have bought myself. All items are of a high quality, and I can think of nothing else that is required. There are even some books and tourist information in English, as well as an iPad. I would most definitely stay here again if visiting this area.

6 semaines passées avec mon fils dans cet appartement au style surprenant : une décoration stylée et pleine de bon goût, un esprit de culture qui s'en dégage, un confort et un équipement optimum, et pour conforter le tout un propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses convives, toujours présent et serviable. Un endroit calme au coeur de la cité, cadre idylique pour s'imprégner de Versailles et de son patrimoine culturel. Je conserve précieusement cette adresse pour un éventuel futur passage dans cette magnifique ville que j'affectionne tout particulièrement!

Dès nos premiers échange nous avons été accompagné par le propriétaire dont l'attention était réelle. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons été touchés par les fleurs fraîches et l'appartement, vaste et lumineux, super bien équipé, encore mieux que sur les photos du site ! On a vraiment eu l'impression d'arriver chez nous, Propriétaire très sympa, contact facile, prêts à rendre service, c'est vraiment agréable de rencontrer des gens comme ça. Coté pratique le Château n'est qu'a 10 minutes à pieds si bien que nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois, et aussi petite escapade à Paris car la station de train est à 4 minutes à pieds. Une des meilleurs boulangerie à 3 minutes, les croissants au petit déjeuner c'est un vrai luxe facile à s'offrir ! Pour le prix d'une chambre d'hotel, avoir un appartement de ce standing c'est mieux que bien !

Voilà un endroit ou l'on vous fait sentir que vous êtes les bienvenues Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Versailles. Nous nous sommes très bien entendu avec le propriétaire (qui a une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais) et a pris soin de nous à la perfection. L'appartement est très bien décoré et les tous les équipements sont neufs. Attentions particulières : fleurs fraîches, champagne et à disposition des cartes postales et des timbres, des cartes de la ville et toutes les informations dont ont a besoin. Nous recommandons cet appartement et d'y revenir aussi souvent que possible.
