Comfortable and very convenient
Nothing really - we thought the check-in / out arrangement was a bit restrictive and potentially expensive, but we managed to work with it.

But the property itself was in a strange building which gave off social housing vibes with dark gloomy corridors. The property was not as advertised.

It is NOT privately managed. There was no private greeter- there was no greeter at all. The deposit of 200 Euros was not advertised beforehand and was surprising given the state of the accommodation. There was a spider in the bath, the toilet needed cleaning, there were trails of ants in the living room. The furniture was cheap and the beds and pillows poor and the crockery old and manky. There was paint peeling off in all rooms. I am astonished at the positive reviews as the price to value ratio is very poor.
