About this house rental
Full of fantasy, 4km from Bergerac. isolated house, at the edge of a small road, bungalow in the middle of fields, 1km from the Dordogne and a village shops.
To avoid any confusion with the prices that abritel displays in a random way, (but I can not intervene on my ad !!) the house is not rented by the night but by the week, from Saturday to Saturday: 600 € the week in July and August, 500 € the week the rest of the year.
off season WE from Friday to Monday, 300 €.
Since this year big windows and double glazing everywhere, so full of light!
The house not overlooked includes:
- a shed (24m2) with bicycles, games, wood ... storage ...
- entrance (7m2)
- a bedroom (18m2) with a bed of 140
- a bathroom (11m2) with shower, toilet, washing machine.
- a living room kitchen (32m2) with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo, books,
Bullerjan stove with wood.
fridge, microwave, freezer, sink, stove, oven, vacuum cleaner ...
- a bedroom (18m2) with 2 beds of 90.
- linens: sheets, duvets, towels, tea towels.
-1lit suitcase, high chair, houlaoop, park, bathtub, pot for BB .....
- a closed garden of 700m2 + small wood in the shade in the middle of the fields.
In the garden: terrace, arbor, table, armchairs, deck chairs, barbecue.
4 adult bicycles, 1 children's cart, 4 children's bikes,
Tri cycles, scooters, various games, .duplo, croquet .....
The house has city water.
In summer there's no heating, it's a cool house.
You bring your towels for the Dordogne lake or pool.
For those who love, on July 14 in Bergerac there is an exceptional fireworks on the Dordogne,
otherwise festivals throughout the region.
MARVILLE is located in a secluded, quiet, 4km from Bergerac
1 km from Prigonrieux.(village with Shops, Tobacco, Carrefour, Doctor, Veterinary, Media library ....)
If you wish, you can ask me questions and join the (three, three, +) zero. six. a. Sep nine. five. eight. six. seven six. I like to exchange with you before committing myself and I think that with this new formula of payment my number and mail are masked.!. !!!!!
Of course it's the countryside, with birds screaming, frogs singing .... finally, the life of nature.
It is a quiet place where you can also make noise and
where I hope you will peacefully find your bearings.

e stayed in the house for a week and had an excellent stay. The house has a large enclosed garden and has all the comforts. The decoration of the house is very special and the host and hostess are very friendly. The location offers the possibility to go to Bergerac and for example the vineyards of Saint Emlion,

A very quiet, rural break in mid-winter but kept warm and cosy by the impressive Bullerjan log burning stove! Lots of scenic walks by the Dordogne or out in the nearby forests. The garden is completely enclosed so our two dogs had plenty of room to run and play during our stay. Marine was friendly, helpful and positively effusive! A 2 minute drive into Prigonrieux centre finds the supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacie and fuel. We had a great stay.
