Independent apartment of 28 m2 with sunny courtyard and bicycle storage.
On the ground floor, kitchenette with fridge, two electric hobs, dishes, washing machine,
dining area and living area with sofa.
1st floor, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and toilet
WiFi internet access.
3km from the beaches, the Port des Minimes and the city center of La Rochelle, easy access to bike, car and bus. The island of Ré is 15 minutes by car, traders (baker, carrefour market, pizzeria ...) within 5 minutes walk.
Available:
- From June 1st to July 8th - 350 € per week (accommodation for 3 people maximum)
- From July 8 to August 5 - 500 € the week
All charges are included.
Discount of 100 euros for 2 consecutive weeks rented

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans l’appartement de Lise. La description de l’annonce était conforme à l’appartement. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec la météo et n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la petite cour. Malgré une météo capricieuse nous parvenions à visiter tous les jours les alentours de La Rochelle hormis une journée. Lise a été disponible et répondu à chacun de mes messages. L’appartement était propre et dans une rue calme. Cependant nous entendions l’appartement voisin peut être dû à l’isolation mais il n’y a jamais eu de bruit après 22h donc cela n’a pas été gênant ! Le micro onde devrait être baissé d’un étage pour éviter les accidents et les brûlures. La douche est effectivement petite mais en même temps on ne passe pas son séjour dans la salle de bain. Mise à part ces deux détails nous avons passé un agréable séjour à La Rochelle. Conseil aux vacanciers qui aime la tranquillité et le calme n’hésitez pas à vous balader aux petits ports et plages alentours.

Logement très propre et parfait pour 2.
