This is a nice spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood, with really nice views over local allotments.As my wife has a disability being able to unload directly in front of the block was helpful but there were quite a few stairs before the lift which were fine for us, but not wheelchair accessible. The checking in details were really easy to follow with photos of parking and key safe, which was great after driving overnight from the UK. Any questions were very promptly answered by our host Marlene.
We had a car so access to the Old town areas and beaches was very quick and easy with easy free parking in the university area.
The apartment was nicely presented, if a little short of basics, ie; only two tiny bowls and only small glasses. I appreciated we arrived during a heatwave (40 c ) but a fan would be a great addition going forward. Overall we would definitely rebook this property as it offers excellent value for money.
Many thanks to Marlene for an enjoyable stay in a wonderful town, in a very special part of a beautiful country.

Nickel pour un petit séjour sur La Rochelle a 20/30 min du centre ville à pied, et compter 10€ pour un taxi .
Plutôt bien situé et avec tout ce qu il faut .

Appartement très spacieux . Belle surface. Calme et sans vis à vis. Vue sur les jardins. Liberté totale . Accueil efficace de Marlène.
