L’accueil sympathique, les conseils de l’hôte, sa réactivité immédiate en cas de besoin, l’emplacement (10 min à pied du vieux port, 5 min de l’aquarium, quartier calme, 20 min à pied des Minimes), literie confortable (oreillers en plume au top). Proximité de la gare SNCF et de yelo velo pour se balader.
