Petite maison extrêmement bien équipée et très propre. Très bien située à égale distance de Pisa et Firenze. Très bien pour visiter les environs vinci, pisoia, lucca... Très belle vue sur la vallée !
Très bon restaurant conseillé par Caterina accessible à pied. Et enfin, Jari et Caterina sont attentionnés et ont à cœur de prendre soin de leurs visiteurs. Un grand merci pour le séjour et la tenue de votre habitation. Je recommande sans hésiter. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Jari is an extremely kind and helpful host. His communication was excellent and prompt at all times. His description of the apartment is accurate. The view from the windows is a dream. The apartment is quiet and peaceful. The neighbours are nice. The area is completely safe. All essential shops within 5-10 minutes by car. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed during our week there. As a family with small children, it was very useful for us that the apartment has two bathrooms and a toilet. Everything was very clean. It was also important for us that there was a washing machine and dryer, as it meant we could travel with much less luggage. The garden would also be a very pleasant place to stay, except that there were quite a few hungry mosquitoes during our stay. ;-) Everyone should be well prepared for that. We would recommend this apartment those who like freedom and peace and quiet places and for whom a bustling nightlife is not the most important on a holiday.
Interet coverage of this regio is not so stabil but it's not up to the host.

Nice house, big enough for a family of four. Friendly owner who was available for questions via WhatsApp. It was lovely to have airco in the master bedroom and to have two bathrooms. Shops, supermarkets and some nice restaurants (e.g. Rosticcio Ristorante Pizzeria Quarrata) in the town.
The only slightly negative things I can think of are: the double bed was too hard for me personally (but my husband liked the bed and the beds in the kids’ room were softer). There was only one bath towel each for a whole week. WiFi wasn’t always working well. Nice garden but there were too many mosquitoes to be able to sit outside comfortably (so bring some kind of repellent).

First of all, Jari, the owner is a wonderful host. He didn’t leave us waiting for anything, always responsive and did best to help. It is a lovely tiny house with small garden behind and has everything you need to be comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is perfect for a family. The location is also not very far from major cities, and inner roads are in moderately good quality, compared to other small cities in Italy, so driving is ok. Kitchen is well equipped. The mattress was the hardest I ever had, but was ok for us.
The internet speed is not for work use, and ok for a regular use. Giving that the area has poor mobile network coverage, I wish internet was better. I found going down to city center (5min) as a solution to use mobile data, there is 5g available.
Although walls insulation are perfect, doors are not soundproof at all. Especially outer door and windows not proofing noise of passby cars. Not a lot of disturbance, but it caused nuisance.
