Air-conditioned apartment with Wifi, 1 bedroom, with modern decoration and design, all comfort!
In a quiet and luxurious, secure, with swimming pool open from 01 June to 15 September, discover the charms of a furnished apartment tastefully renovated, comfortable, rented out from April, 2016. This haven of peace and relaxation with views and direct access to the sandy beach, while shops and many activities offered during the summer season are just a few minutes walk (Place Charles Trenet - Place Mediterranean). Also for your comfort, a private parking place reserved for you at the foot of the residence. That said, if you do not have a car there, no worries, all the shops / activities are within walking distance.
We decorated and equipped this apartment for us because we spend our holiday. You will feel at home during your stay, with all modern amenities and designer décor. We practice a reasonable pricing policy (which also includes the provision of cleaning at end of stay in order to simplify your life and make you a "nickel" apartment on arrival) and we work without intermediaries. We want to build a relationship of trust with vacationers who choose our apartment.

CANET BEACH
At the end of France, where the Mediterranean meets up with the Pyrenees, Canet is these places that have stood the test of time without losing their flavor. Only 12 km from Perpignan, it is the one on the Roussillon coast, its mark, sets the tone, asserting seaside town is, land of relaxation, indulgence and traditions. Canet, are 5 letters, like a sesame, open onto a horizon of pleasure and discovery.

Shops, restaurants & caterers to 400 m, direct access to the sandy beach. Close to the famous promenade "Charles Trenet". Center, museums 1. 5 km. Port, tennis 2. 5 km. Perpignan 10 minutes by car. The nearest airports from Canet Plage: Perpignan (PGF) 13 km, Béziers (BZR) 75 km, Carcassonne (CCF) 82 km and Gerona (GRO) 91 km.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RENT
Air-conditioned apartment of 37 m² plus terrace of 9 m². Rental for 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor of the residence.
1 bedroom for 2 people with double bed, 1 modern dining room with flat screen TV, 1 living room with sleeping area for 3 people, 1 modern kitchen, 1 bathroom with large shower, 1 separate toilet.
1 terrace with lounge sea view. Private parking at the residence. Very calm.
No smoking. No pets allowed in the rental.

Super apartment with a wonderful view of the Beach and sea. Everything very well maintained. Many thanks to Isabelle and Xavier for the great handling but also many thanks to Mrs and Mr Devienne for the warm welcome and the easy check-in and check-out.
