About this apartment rental
Low season from OCTOBER 2025 to APRIL 2026, available only as a monthly tourist rental, maximum 3 months. Rate according to occupancy of 1 to 4 people. Then weekly rental. Please contact me.

Possibility FREE: loan of folding bed for BABY, bathtub etc (on request).
Paid option: towels and bed linen (on request) please contact me. Mattress pads, pillows, throws, and blankets provided.
ALL SERVICES SHOPS AND TRANSPORT less than 200m away (supermarket, caterers, butcher, fishmonger, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, beach restaurants, games rooms, summer entertainment, nurses', physiotherapists or medical offices. Various rentals (bicycles, overcabs) Bus to Perpignan center or train station, little tourist train etc etc)
Nota bene: The apartment must be left clean and tidy (excluding linen) cleaning fees in addition by professional concierge: 90€.

Wirklich tolle Wohnung, sauber, geschmackvoll - es fehlt nichts (außer evtl 2 Kochplatten, da nur 2 auf Mini-Induktionsherd vorhanden).
Service hervorragend! Lage super für Strandurlaub.
Leider bietet der Ort und auch das ganze Gebiet dort am Meer entlang nicht wirklich viel zum Besichtigen, also eher was für einen ruhigen, gechillten Strandurlaub.
Auf Corona-Regeln wird im gesamten Süden Frankreichs übrigens nicht wirklich geachtet....
