Entrance with storage, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, combi oven, fridge-freezer), a bedroom with double bed 160cm and large dressing room, a bedroom with double bed 140cm, bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, toilet.
Terrace with table and armchairs, private parking space in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, secure residence

Access to the residence's private swimming pool and direct access to and from the beach via the terrace

Excellent location for beach , bars and restaurants. 2nd bedroom leads off from main bedroom, beds not great, very firm main bed and second bed is a sofa bed. Initial access to property not easy due to keysafe for premises being in a locked conplex and information re which back access to find keysafe in is unclear.
