In a calm and luxurious residence, reassured, come to discover the charms of a rent furnished with taste and entirely renovated, any comfort. This haven of peace and relaxation offers breathtaking views and direct access to the sandy beach. Shops and animations at the foot of the residence (place Charles Trenet - promenade Côte Radieuse - avenue de Toulouse). For your comfort and the safety of your vehicle, a garage box closed located in the basement of the residence is reserved for you. That said, if you do not have a car on site, no problem, all the shops & activities are within walking distance.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2018 and decorated in a modern and refined style offering every comfort where you will feel at home during your stay. We practice a reasonable price policy where the quality / price ratio is our priority. We work without intermediary. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement bien équipé et avec une terrasse vue sur la mer. L'accès direct à la plage est un bonus non négligeable, pas de route à traverser. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied, tout est à proximité.

Agréable studio avec terrasse et vue sur la mer.
Bon équipement et bonne situation géographique.
Séjour excellent simplement terni par les restrictions actuelles.
Il manque juste de quoi suspendre des vêtements. C'est un détail.
Propriétaires très agréables et très bon accueil de la gardienne.
