About this house rental
Ideally located, beautiful house architect of 150m2 tastefully decorated offers all the comforts for an enjoyable holiday in the sun of Arcachon.
On 2 levels, it can accommodate up to 8 people,
It consists of:
- 4 BEDROOMS (3 double beds, 1 bunk bed)
the rooms have an area of approximately 12 to 13m², they will offer you calm and view on the greenery or the swimming pool
- A VAST STAY, with nice height under ceiling, will offer you, a chimney, a babyfoot (of brand Bonzini)
- THE KITCHEN FULLY EQUIPPED (dishwasher, oven, microwave ...)
- A LAUNDRY (washing machine)
- 1 BATHROOM WITH ITALIAN SHOWER
- 1 BATHROOM WITH ITALIAN SHOWER and BATH
- 2 separate toilets

Located high up to the street and nestled in the trees, you can enjoy the privacy of its 2 TERRACES, its bowling, its POOL (6m x 3m) heated and secured by a flap, enjoy also of its summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a fridge.
Quiet street, you can park in front of the house for free. Bikes adults and children at your disposal

by bike: you will be 1 MIN (200m) from the first bike path, 11 mn (2.6km) from Moulleau. 12 mn (2.7km) from the boulevard de l'ocean, 12 mn (2.7km) from the center of Arcachon.
by car: 6 mn from the center - 3 mn from the Moorish Park - 15 mn from the dune du Pyla - 3 mn from the golf of Arcachon and 7 mn from the beaches.

My husband and I rented this property with our two boys (6 and 8) and my sister and her husband and two children (5 and 7) for 10 days and we had a fantastic holiday. The peaceful and tranquil setting was ideal. We cycled to the town centre or beach or Dune du Pilat or shops on the owners bikes. The house has been lovingly renovated by Laurent and is very comfortable with everything you will need for a comfortable family holiday. The pool and BBQ area with outside fridge were fantastic allowing us long lazy evenings to enjoy the setting sun! Highly recommend this property. And Laurent was a pleasure to deal with.
