We rent our house ideally located a few minutes by bike from the superb Péreire beach in the highly sought-after district of Abatilles. This delightful completely new, bright and functional villa perfectly combines the charm of a Bay spirit with the comfort of quality services. We love its superb heated swimming pool, its outdoor dining area and its intimate garden.
Welcome to our quiet family home surrounded by pine and palm trees, nestled in a green setting.
Very pleasant house to live in bathed in sunshine, in a very special setting on the edge of the forest, between the Golf d'Arcachon and Pereire, 20 minutes walk from the city center.
Careful decoration carried out with simplicity, warmth and well-being in mind, with large living rooms, huge bay windows and high ceilings with exposed beams.
The perfect southern exposure provides plenty of sunshine in the house, ideal for enjoying your summer evenings.

The accommodation:
The Villa is an architect's house finalized in the summer of 2023. It offers very pleasant volumes, with a 115m² living-dining-kitchen room, a large outdoor terrace, a swimming pool and all the comforts of a house inhabited all year round.
In case of bad weather, many board games are available as well as table football, a ping pong table, books and comics for young and old.
Composition of the house:
The Villa of more than 300m² is composed as follows:
A large living room opening onto a terrace with swimming pool and view of the pine trees.
You will find an open-plan kitchen with a central island overlooking the living-dining room and the outdoor table.
1 master suite is available on this level (180 cm bed) with private bathroom including shower and bathtub and dressing room. Access to the terrace/swimming pool.
3 bedrooms with double beds upstairs, each double bed can be converted into 2 single beds (160 cm or 2 x 80 cm beds). Each bedroom has access to a large balcony.
1 bedroom with double bed at R-1 (160 cm bed)
4 bathrooms in total, 1 with bathtub
5 toilets, 3 of which are independent
1 heated salt water swimming pool, 3 x 8m, with alarm (without roller shutter)
1 outdoor shower near the pool

You will find all modern comforts, television, fibre wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, plancha.
Traveller access:
Car spaces at the house level and other spaces in the parking lot at the entrance to the housing development which is made up of 9 houses.
Access via a small gate to a path leading directly to the forest of Arcachon.
Other remarks:
Bring a deposit cheque of 2500 € for the day of your uncashed arrival
Arrivals are made directly on-site between 5pm and 7pm at the time agreed with the concierge.
