About this villa rental
We rent our new villa in Les Abatilles for 8 people.
Located in a quiet environment, close to small shops and 10 minutes walk from the beach, or 5 min by bike.
The house is composed of
- A large living room / dining room
- A fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction hob.
Crockery for 12 people.
Plenty of storage.
- A cellar with freezer, washing machine and dryer
- 4 bedrooms equipped with:
a 160 double bed upstairs
a 140 double bed upstairs
a 90 bunk bed upstairs
a double bed 140 on the first floor with en-suite shower room.
- A separate toilet on the first floor
- A shower room and a separate toilet upstairs.
The wooded garden, the wooden terrace, the heated swimming pool and the outdoor facilities will allow you to enjoy the beautiful summer days.
We provide a Weber BBQ
Linen is not provided but can be provided for a flat rate of 20€ per person.
Cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay and is billed at 100€.
We do not accept pets in our accommodation.
No smoking.
