Villa for rent all seasons in Prades 100 m2 approximately, 4 faces. Completely renovated, quiet and sunny with garden located 10 minutes walk from the center of Prades.
It consists of a living room, an independent kitchen, a toilet and a storeroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc.
The villa is located 1 hour from the sea and 1 hour from the mountains and 1 hour 30 minutes from Andorra.
For spa guests, Vernet les Bains and Molitg les Bains are only 15 minutes away.
During the summer season, you are offered the cinema festival, the music festival: Pablo Casals and the Catalan University.
Near Prades, the most beautiful villages in France, such as Eus, Mosset, Evol, Villefranche du Conflent with Fort Liberia and its caves.
To also visit, the abbeys of St Michel de Cuixa, St Martin du Canigou and the Priory of Marcevol.
And for good walkers, the Pic du Canigou!

Perfect house, well equipped, all you need is there. Great garden, furniture, etcetera.
Shops nearby.
Only, when we were there, 3 new houses were build, so in the early morning it was very noisy.
In the surrounding lots of things to do or see.
Nice ancient cities or beautiful landscape where you can walk or hike. Swimming is also possible if you want so.
The Mediterranean is in one our to visit.

Rien à dire, la maison était nickel.
Les propriétaires très sympa, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Je la recommande sans problèmes.
