This beautiful village house consists of:
On the ground floor: an entrance hall serving a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 140 bed.
On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen with microwave which also serves as an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a combined fridge and a filter coffee maker.
It also has a table and 4 chairs.
A charming living room with exposed beams and wood stove which gives access to the terrace with view of the mountains.
On the second floor: a mezzanine with sofa bed 130 x 190 cm that can be converted into a bed with a TV and storage cupboards.
A bedroom with a desk, chest of drawers and a 140 cm bed.
The house has real charm with its stones, its parquet floor and its exposed beams.
Pets are not accepted. Sheets and towels are not provided.
You have at your disposal a small garage to dispose of your belongings or bicycles.
It is perfectly located, a few minutes walk from many hikes through the various surrounding mountains.
Only 6 km from Vernet-Les-Bains and its spa treatments.
13 km from the fortified village of Villefranche-De-Conflent, the Col de Mantet (1730 m altitude), and Mantet.
Optional cleaning at the rate of 100€. To be requested when making your reservation.
Two deposit checks will be requested, cleaning deposit of €100 (if cleaning not taken) and damage deposit of €500.

La maison est sympa pour 2 (je ne pense pas qu'il y ai assez d'eau chaude pour plus de personnes..). Mais l'aspect procedurier et infernal donne a la location un gout amer ... Dommage !
