L’apartament està molt bé de serveis (aire acondicionat, tv, cuina equipada): bona qualitat-preu
Els llits, els coixins i els llençols podrien estar millor. El bloc d’apartaments sembla degradat però l’interior del pis està completament reformat

Appartement spacieux comme décrit dans l'annonce. Les équipements très complets. La mise à disposition des serviettes de toilette contre un somme modique. Très propre. La clim par cette canicule. L'emplacement à Vernet les bains. Assez facile de se garer à proximité. Borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique tout à côté. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Les odeurs désagréables dans la cage d'escalier. Voisinage bruyant (voisins d'étages et immeubles voisins). Les lits doubles trop petits pour des personnes grandes comme nous. Nous espérions des lits de 160x200. Il était dit dans l'annonce "des grands lits double" alors qu'il s'agissait de lits doubles "normaux". Du coup des nuits difficiles.
