With a capacity of 10 people, the house has 2 bedrooms for adults with 2 double beds, a room with 1 double bed and a bed 90 * 200 and a child room with a bed 130 * 190 and a bed 90 * 190,
The rooms are all upstairs, but an arrangement is possible for people with reduced mobility.
The house has a bathroom and a shower room upstairs, a shower room on the ground floor and 3 toilets all separate bathrooms.
It also has a large kitchen where you can have lunch with family or friends, a lounge with TV corner and a games room where you can play pool or relax playing board games.
You will also have at your disposal a private indoor pool in the heated house overlooking a south-facing terrace that will offer a breathtaking view of Angers and its surroundings. You can also enjoy the garden with a pond where a family of goose lives (the pond is fenced to ensure the safety of all).
For your convenience, there is a bakery and mini market 2 minutes by car and a large commercial area 7 minutes by car.
The house is located 15 minutes from downtown Angers and 50 minutes from Saumur. You can visit the castles of the Loire, the Terra Botanica plant park, many vineyards or go fishing, canoeing or horse riding ...
Weekend is 450 Euros per night
An extra charge of 70 € for the linen as well as 1. 50 € per person per night for the tourist tax will be required.
A deposit check of € 2000 will be required upon arrival in the rental. It will not be cashed and will be returned 15 days after the end of your stay.
We can also carry out your end-of-stay cleaning for 350 € in addition to the rent.

Idyllic comfortable rural retreat for a family with small children. Immaculate pool. Beautiful sunset views. Very clean and well managed. Patricia could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The photos do not do full justice to this delightful property.

We had a great holiday at this lovely property. With its large grounds and fine views we were provided a fun, very comfortable and quiet countryside situation from which to explore the area. The only aspect we found of any concern was that the tiles around the pool become dangerously slippery when wet so the utmost care is required traversing this area.

We had a lovely, peaceful week here. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are comfy with good quality bedding and everywhere immaculately clean. The pool was wonderful and the views from the terrace are great, lespecially at sunset! Patricia, the owner, was very welcoming and kind and very practiced at using her translater app! Deposit returned no problem. We thoroughly recommend this house.

The property was lovely however the pool floor was extremely dangerous when it became wet and was unsuitable for children. The stairs were also very dangerous and my Son fell on them hurting himself.
