Ideally located at the gates of Angers, 250m from the highest castle in France, this former 18th century school welcomes up to 15 people in the heart of the village and its local shops. 15 minutes from Angers, 35 minutes from Saumur, 20 minutes from Doué in Anjou.
With family, friends, or a professional seminar, you will take a break in the heart of the Aubance vineyards while taking advantage of the proximity of the must-see sites of Anjou.

The validation of the stay will be subject to validation by a rental contract sent by the owners, a certificate of vacation, and a deposit check (not cashed) of 3000 euros on arrival.
Tourist tax to be paid on site on arrival.
