Located 20 minutes from Angers, this beautiful 160m² air-conditioned house is ideal for a riverside stay: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 80m² of communal living space. Table football, billiards, a private pool, and canoes... plenty of activities for all ages and tastes! In this protected area of ​​the Lower Anjou Valleys (a Natura 2000 protected site), there are numerous outdoor activities: the banks of the Loir River are just 150m from the house, offering opportunities for beautiful hikes along the towpath, on foot, by bike, or on horseback. The owners provide two canoes with personal flotation devices. The Loir Valley cycling route connects Chartres and Angers and passes right by the street where the house is located. Also visit La Flèche Zoo (40 minutes away) and Terra Botanica (20 minutes away). This charming cottage near Angers was completely renovated in 2024 and offers a warm, friendly, and high-quality experience: On the first floor, there is a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a living room with arcade games, foosball, billiards, a frog game, a smart speaker, etc. The veranda accommodates meals for 10 to 12 people.

On the 2nd floor: - 1 small bedroom with two 90x190cm beds (11.70m² floor area and 8.2m² ceiling height at 1.80m). - 1 small bedroom with one 140x190cm bed (9.50m² floor area and 7m² ceiling height at 1.80m). - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. For adventurers, 3 additional beds are also available in the A barrel for an unusual night in the garden! Outside, two beautiful terraces with garden furniture for meals, a relaxation lounge, a pétanque court, and a completely private heated swimming pool (8x4m, 1.5m deep) accessible from May to the end of September. The garden is enclosed and secure. Bicycle storage is available. Parking for 3 to 4 vehicles. One pet is allowed. All-inclusive service: beds made, towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included.
