Old mansion of 324 m2 within a large wooded park and a pond at the bottom of the park, with swimming pool facing south. Beautiful volumes, rooms with brick walls and exposed beams. The property is surrounded by fields while being close to facilities (transport, shops, etc.). 5 min Toulouse, 15 minutes downtown from the Pink City. Lovely house and garden. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, great pool and patio for al fresco dining, bbq’s etc. Very conveniently located for shops. Inside layout is a little quirky, set over 3 floors so required a lot of stair-climbing! Bathrooms were a bit below standard, 2 of 3 have very low ceilings so couldn’t stand up in the showers and towels were a bit small and worn. Horses nearby so millions of flies challenged our patience somewhat. Very hot 2 weeks and only 1 fan! Very friendly and welcoming owners and also very helpful when dealing with a trip to the local doctor. Overall, an enjoyable holiday.
