About this house rental
Character house in the countryside east of Toulouse, quiet. Large garden of approximately 3000m2 generously planted with trees and fenced.
To the south, the main facade opens onto a large chestnut tree. In the East large terrace for meals. An old dovecote dominates the fenced pool area. The generous swimming pool extends over 13mx3. 5m. Beyond, a fence overlooks the orchard where 2 sheep live.
In the house, large volumes and freshness. Billiards, table football and ping pong table.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Inside, the thick brick walls offer the freshness and tranquility of old houses.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR: the vast living space: all in beams and tomettes, it is articulated between 3 large volumes semi-open between them:
- The family kitchen, equipped with a large fireplace and a 6/8 seater dining area
- the dining room and its 6/8 seater table
- the living room and its sofas with the TV corner.
For people who can play billiards / musical instrument (piano / guitar). table football.
ON THE FLOOR: From the large staircase, there are 2 separate wings.
WEST WING
1 huge bedroom with double bed, which overlooks:
1 bedroom: single bed + drawer bed
1 bathroom with large shower and separate toilet
EAST WING:
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, which leads to:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 double bedroom
1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
1 independent WC
EQUIPMENT
Microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, robot, coffee machine
Wifi (or CPL sockets for more remote rooms)
TV and DVD player in the living room
Barbecue
Cell phones do not pick up indoors, except Orange numbers (there is an orange repeater). For others, a mobile phone and its number are made available to forward your calls.

Nous avons passé 3 belles semaines de vacances avec nos amis. Nous étions 8 personnes et la maison est très spacieuse, chacun a trouvé sa place et ses activités, entre piscine (qui offre une belle longueur pour nager), billard, babyfoot et ping-pong.
La maison garde bien le frais en cas de chaleur et l’extérieur est très agréable et charmant.
Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil, ont été très sympathiques et de bons conseils.
Nous recommandons cette propriété pour vos futures vacances !

Une maison, un potager et un environnement très agréable . Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
Ce serait bien d avoir autant de transats que d adultes .
Ce serait bien de préciser qu un lit est situé sur un palier utilisé comme passage.
