Very convenient for coastal walks and local amenities, shops, cafes and bars etc. We were blessed with extremely good weather throughout our stay. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The owner met us on arrival and was very hospitable and helpful. We would highly recommend this cottage and location to anyone wanting to explore this part of Brittany and experience local village life

My wife and two dogs decided on a break to start our retirement. We honestly couldn’t have chosen better - the location was just what we wanted and we were able to immerse ourselves in French culture. We went out of season in September so the area was very quiet which suited us. The locals were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The house was superb a the hosts very friendly and nice. All in all the whole experience exceeded expectations and we will book again for next year this time for longer.

Apart from terrible odour of rising damp in garage due to exceptional wet winter apparently, the property is a very suitable family stay and location with everything supplied with children in mind - including a big comfortable room on top floor. Stairs quite steep for older people. Located in old part of town with a good restaurant a few meters away and easy walk to the waterfront. No wi-fi.

We had a wonderful stay at Corrine and Nicolas’s place in St Jacut de la Mer. The house is great. There is lots of space, especially with the large attic room. We found it family friendly, despite all the stairs, for our two daughters (almost 3 year old and 9 month old). The location is fantastic, walking distance to all the beaches and lots of small restaurants. There is also a market on the street on a Friday which was great. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. A lovely part of the world.

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und das Kochen hat uns eine Freude gemacht. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial, die Wege zu den Stränden und den Geschäften sind kurz. Einzig der Lärm aus der nahen Kneipe hat später am Abend hat manchmal gestört. Alles in allem eine tolle Location.

La maison était très propre, nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour séjourner. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Plusieurs plages sont toutes proches et très agréables pour la baignade ou le ramassage de coques et bigorneaux. Seul le restaurant situé juste en face est très bruyant et oblige à fermer les fenêtres si l'on souhaite dormir.

Location très bien située dans un charmant petit village. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. A noter il y a 2 escaliers. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Il y a le marché le vendredi et la plage est proche.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par la propriétaire et par Mathieu . Notre appréciation mitigée est liée au fait que la marée étant basse "en journée" durant notre séjour , cela a nuit au plaisir de pouvoir profiter de la mer retirée très loin et donc des plages .

Saint jacut résume les cotes d armor. Calme beau paysages de bord de mer. Vent et soleil La maison est bien placée au coeur du centre de St jacut (resto la goélette à 25ml et bar pas loin. Marché en saison devant la porte) La maison est bien équipée il y a peu près tout y compris lit bébé et chaise haute . La chambre des parents est spacieuse et celle des enfants l ai un peu moins mais c'est très suffisant pour un séjour de vacances. La salle du haut est extrêmement agréable et permet de faire des jeux en famille et de éventuellement regarder la tv. La salle du bas (cuisine coin repas et coin lecture) est extrêmement fonctionnelle Bref nous recommandons cette maison. (mais pas trop car il ne y aura plus de place)

Maison accueillante et chaleureuse, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Très bien équipée, tout confort, très propre. Nous avons adoré le poêle à bois pour une petite flambée le soir en rentrant de la plage. Très bien située proche toutes commodités (commerces, plages). Le coin salon TV au dernier étage est un atout de plus. Propriétaire adorable, très sympathique et accueillante, que du positif pour ce séjour, nous avons hâte de revenir.
