About this apartment rental
Former hotel converted into a residence, this building built in 1926 in the purest Art Deco style faces the Saint-Cast golf course (18 holes) which runs along the magnificent Pen Guen beach, a hundred meters away. The apartment, classified furnished with tourism category 4 stars, is located on the raised ground floor and enjoys a very beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. Completely renovated by an architect, very spacious, comfortable, bright and functional, and with imposing volumes, it is equipped with high-end equipment. Its subtle decoration and its warm atmosphere will not leave you indifferent! Also at your disposal: a ping-pong room, a bicycle and windsurfing room, 3 clay tennis courts (payable), parking and a pretty shaded park. During the months of July and August, you will find a beach club for children and a sailing school (courses and rental of windsurfers, catamarans, sea kayaks, stand-up paddles ...).
In winter small heating supplement to provide.

Tourist tax not included.
I do not impose a cleaning package in order to minimize the cost for vacationers. In return, I invite you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

- End of stay cleaning: € 60
- Sheet rental: € 15 for a single bed, € 20 for a double bed. In this case, the beds will be ready upon your arrival.

Hello,
We staid there for one week with a couple and had a really good time. The appartment is f´great for 2 couples with all comfort which is needed. The location close to the beach and the beach restaurant was incredible. We had a really good time everthing was there which was needed, and the reception was great.

Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay.

Really well equipped apartment in a quiet spot with beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the Pen Guen beach which is well equipped with a little cafe and sports activities for the children. Lovely bathrooms, with full bath for small children and an excellent kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and all you could want for to cook for yourself.
We have come back two years running and really enjoyed the St Cast location with it's wonderful beaches, great eating spots (we loved the Port) and 'best ice cream in the world' according to our 5 year old.
Hope to come back again soon.

Le bâtiment des années 30 n'est qu'un pâle écrin pour cet appartement qui est un véritable bijou : tout a été rénové avec beaucoup beaucoup de goût. C'est une adresse qu'on a envie de garder pour soi ... A recommander aux amoureux des Côtes d'Armor, de St Cast : la vue mer est extra.
