‘Whangapoua 360 Views’ is situated alongside the estuary which meanders past the grazing cows and nesting ducks and makes its way to the New Chums end of Whangapoua.
This spot is a favourite for kayaking, fishing, picnicing, swimming and swinging on the rope swing.
The comfortable easy care holiday home is designed to easily accomodate 2 families with 2 separate kitchens and living rooms.
The sliding doors enable you to be completely separate if you so desire.
The blonded plywood walls and polished concrete flooring makes for easy living. Different levels and spaciousness allow you to either choose to enjoy each other’s company on one of the 4 decks or the 2 living rooms or simply get away from each other.
Expansive views are of the mesmerizing valley where all weathers are spell bounding or the beautiful sea.
The large main living area incorporates the modern kitchen with all amenities and dining area and opens on to two decks (one of which is covered).
Covered and uncovered decks on either side of the house, enable you to seek shelter from the sun or bask in the warm sunshine.
Each bedroom has a sliding door opening to a deck or courtyard.
This batch is so comfortable, private and quiet you won’t even want to go to the beach.
Whangapoua Beach is 2 mins easy walk away and the popular New Chums is 20 mins walk. Spacious parking and garaging is available for cars and boats.

This property is beautiful, spacious, and ideal for large families. The three-story layout offers plenty of room, parking space, and it's well-equipped with numerous amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly and allowed us to bring our furry friend along.The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach. Also, there’s a river nearby the house, which is a nice stroll. There’s only one store nearby and the staff are friendly and super helpful. The area also offers a few great fishing spots for those who enjoy the outdoors.Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway with convenience and charm. Will definitely want to come back. Cathy was just lovely. Booking was smooth, instructions were clear and great communication.

Absolutely ideal for our family, great communal rooms & separate balconies for time out; minutes away from stream, swimming beach, & great fishing beaches nearby, caught (and eat) heaps. Great selection of books, toys and games. Had a great time.Was NO problem but wd be useful for others interested if the online listing provided a diagram of the floor layout for each of the 3 floors.

Very large 3 story house with excellent views. Lots to do near by. Watch that waves have a tendency to dump near high tide. New Chums is also a lovely beach and a short walk away.

overall great spot and generally ok
dont want to be picky but we have listed and rented out before and we all thought things were a bit substandard for $ paid
- filthy BBQ, took 40min to clean
-oven faulty, both fridges need repairs
we were restricted on water use
hard to keep clean as shelly driveway
minimum parking at house but plenty down below
this is more feedback for owners rather than a grizzle :)
