About this apartment rental

Full renovation in January 2018 with a new floor, new bathroom, new living room, new kitchen.
500 meters Eiffel Tower and Trocadero, just 100 meters from Passy Metro in building quality, bright apartment, quiet and comfortable shopping district in PASSYMUETTE. Ideal for visiting PARIS and shopping or business trip.
Great neighborhood trader with La Muette, rue de Passy and La Muette.
The apartment is fully equipped, has a cable TV and free WIFI internet
Quiet apartment. No part street.
It is located on the 4th floor with elevator and does not give street.
The dining room is independent and separate kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. It has a built-in convection oven, a microwave oven and ceramic hob 4 burners. All electrical components are new.
We accueilir 6 people, 1 large bedroom for 3 people with a double bed and a single bed for 1 child or adolescent, the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and additional folding bed for a child or a teenager
The bathroom is equipped with a large sink, a bathtub with shower and toilet.

The property is in an excellent location! Our check in process was a breeze and as far as I know so was our check out! The apartment was not spotless, you could tell it was a quick turn around between guests but it wasn’t horrible. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the family and the internet worked great. Linens are on the older side. Paris turned out to not be our favorite city, but the apartment was comfortable.

Owner was very accommodating to different arrivals of our group. The hallway is very narrow and it is hard to communicate with others if you are in different rooms. It would be nice to have directions within the binder of how to work the different appliances. Loved the neighborhood and all the great shops around. The Eiffel Tower is so close and it was great to see it early in the morning before the crowds and then at night when it would light up!

Great location in the 16th Arr. Could use some updating of the furniture. Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has a quirky layout - with odd angles and twelve doors! Many of the doors are locked and appear to go nowhere.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was great. I don’t mind the layout although some reviews say it’s awkward, we loved the location and how easy it is to walk around the area and take the metro. The host was very helpful before and during the trip. We would stay here again when we visit Paris again.

We really enjoyed our stay, have nothing to complain about. This was much better than staying in a hotel. It was very close to the metro and there was a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definetely book this apartment again when we'll come to Paris next time.

The apartment had the basic amenities that we needed. It was close to the metro station and the eiffel tower, which made it very convenient. There are several restaurants, bakeries and groceries stores in walking distance. Not a lot of character in the apartment, but it was enough for us. The bathroom was great and it looks like it was renovated recently. The washer and dryer were a little difficult to understand. It would have been great if there were instructions in English. Overall, it was a very convenient, clean apartment with basic amenities.

The location was fantastic (very close to the Trocadero, Tour Eiffel and Passy Metro Station). The apartment felt very safe. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated and are very nice. Washer/Dryer in the kitchen as a great feature for folks who had been traveling for 10 days. The toilet ran after flushing. I contacted the owner but they never fixed it. The TV and cable didn't work well at all. While we weren't there to watch TV, it would have been nice to see some news. With a little effort the apartment could have been so much nicer. The layout is awkward The carpet in the main room was brown, old and stained. It should be pulled up to expose the beautiful wood floors. The furniture ( a pullout couch and table) were old and placed in odd locations. A cot was set up in the living room, but with only two people staying should have been stored away. The separate bedroom was comfortable. The living area/bedroom could be adorable but no effort had been made. Despite the description, there is no view of the TourEiffel

This apartment is in a very convenient location but it is NOT a two-bedroom flat. The one bedroom is fine. The second, so-called bedroom, is in fact a fold out couch in the living room. The apartment is laid out as if it were a jigsaw puzzle with weird angles and narrow hallways. Future renters should ask to see a floor plan before deciding to stay here.

We stayed 4 nights, with kids who are 12 & 14. The apartment worked really well, with lots of room for us & two separate beds for the kids. Shops, groceries & restaurants were very close. Host was great! We'd happily stay again if we manage to get back to Paris.

Great location for our family of 5

Our family of 5 (including 3 kids aging 8-14 years) traveled from the USA for a short stay in Paris. Communication throughout the booking process and upon check was very easy with Jean Francois and he was promptly waiting for us when we arrived. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 days. The neighborhood is very safe and less than a 1/4 mile from the Passy metro station. There apartment is in a very good location as there are plenty of restaurants within a few hundred feet from the apartment and a few grocery stores are also close. Jean Francois was very helpful in describing all of the aspects of the apartment upon check in and he gave ideas on things to do in the area. The entire process of renting, check in, and check out was very simple especially since Jean Francois spoke English very well which was very helpful since we do not speak French very well. The unit did not have air conditioning but they had 12 inch oscillating fans in the main den and in the bedroom. We stayed during a warm part of the summer but left the windows open and it was adequate for our stay (we're also from Florida so we tolerate heat pretty well). The apartment also had a combination washing machine/dryer which worked well, and the kitchen was adequately stocked for our stay. One thing to note is the apartment is on the 4th floor and the building does have a lift but the lift is small and for those who are claustrophobic, you'll need to plan to hike up and down the stairs. We were hardly in the apartment since our main goal was to take in the sites of the city but we would not hesitate to stay here again - the apartment was a good value for our time in Paris.

We stayed in this apartment for our first visit to Paris. We loved the area of Passy. It has everything you need - shops, Monoprix, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants. It’s walking distance to the train and Eiffel Tower. If you’re looking for a more direct line to the center of Paris you can walk further about 10 minutes to Boulainvilliers. The apartment is cozy and well maintained. The owners were pleasant and very helpful - would repeat the visit!

Everything was great. Five stars if there was a bathtub to soak our tired old bones after walking 5 to 7 miles per day. Nice location local restaurants and close to metro. If we get back again, we would definitely try to stay here again.

How disappointing!

How disappointing!

The pictures did not tell the real story. The shower was absolutely filthy and moldy. It was slimy to the touch. The wallpaper in the bedroom was peeling off. The kitchen was a disaster. The paint was peeling off in large sections. This was obviously not something that had just happened but looked like it had been going on for at least a year or two. The kitchen floor was very old and worn and there were there were holes in several places in it. The kitchen window was broken but was patched with masking tape to cover up the hole in the glass. There was a sticky stain on the rug by the dining room table. The linens were stained and looked unclean. We were left with 2 threadbare towels and although the apartment listing said it came with toilet paper, there was only a partial roll. The TV remotes had no batteries. The good part. The location was great with a Monoprix and Metro near by and the restaurants were good. We were only there for 5 days, so we did not want to spend the time finding a new place to stay, but we were extremely disappointed in the cleaniness and the appearance of the apartment. We usually cook a couple of times while in Paris, but I did not even want to go into the kitchen at all. By the way, this is not a 2 bedroom. It is a couch in the living room, and a bed in the bedroom with 2 other roll away cots. This could be a nice rental, but as it is, it should not be rented out at all.

The apartment was large enough to give personal space when need be. The bedroom was quiet, fun orange wallls and big flower drapes. The living room is spacious and Nicely furnished. SeparTe but in same room is nice dining room table and the bathroom modern and clean. There is a lift which was good to use for suitcases and groceries otherwise we used the stairs. The area is safe with many shops. We found Monoprix to buy groceries. Metro is right there; big plus for us to travel throughout Paris. We walked to the Seine and Effiel Tower easily. So many French speak English and were most kind with help and very friendly. Our only regret was keeping the property manager waiting with our misunderstanding of Metro long ride from the airport and the changes to get to the apartment My advice is be on time and check your travel distance wisely. I recommend this apartment highly.

This apartment I can only say is what I know as very Parisian. Area is fantastic, very quite area. First time in Paris since 1989. It's a very old unit with old furnishing but don't let that stop you! It had everything you need to the very quirky kitchen to the pink bathroom beds where very comfortable and area had great shopping. It had a full kitchen with washing machine, hot water in bathroom. I just loved it but if you want modern you will be disappointed don't. Great location you just walk down the hill and there it is the Eiffel Tower I miss that and a great cafe called Cafe Passey. I loved this apartment and would stay here again. If you want free tours which we did 2 see Discover Paris (pink vest) tour guides.

We are a family of 4 and stayed 10 nights in this apartment. The location is ideal for getting anywhere in Paris. Metro is a 3 minute walk, the Eiffel Tower is only about 1 block away, and so many lovely bakeries surrounding the apartment location. Also a French veg market nearby. Genevieve is so nice to work with and completely helpful with anything that you might need. She gave us wonderful instructions on how to exactly get from the train station to the apartment. The apartment is great for a family of 4. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this apartment in Mai with my wife and 4 others people. We are all in our 30s and this was my third time vacationing in Paris. Apartment was beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Location couldn't have been better for vacation. We will definitely return to Paris and will absolutely try to rent this apartment again when we do! Also, the company that arranges the rental could not have been easier to work with.
