About this apartment rental
Bathroom redone this fall 2018.
Renovation in 2016 with installation of roller shutters and repainted apartment.
Renovation in spring 2016 with new parquet and blackout curtains.
Very bright apartment with lots of sun in the morning renovated in spring 2O16, very good standing and personalized with nice decoration located in the heart of the Chamonix resort near everything: access to the ski slopes thanks to the bus stops at the bottom of the residence, shops nearby, train station, tourist office, 1 minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car.
Very comfortable apartment and modern equipment: 32 inch flat screen cable, underground parking with badge included in the price, brand new American kitchen ikea with kettle, very nice dishes, dishwasher etc.
Small flowered balcony with garden furniture with breathtaking views of the needles and the Mont Blanc range.
Installation of wifi April 2016: free on arrival as well as the parking badge (Please note: public parking without a designated space and possibility certain times of the year to be full: the owner is not responsible)
- Linen compulsory,: 17.50 euros per person payable on arrival,
- Final cleaning: 40 euros payable on arrival

Lovely bright clean apartment, 2 mins walk to the shop for fresh bread, 2 mins to the monkey pub, and the Chamonix sud bus stop is right outside. we cooked here every evening no problem, It has everything you really need for a simple week in the Alps.Everything was super smooth with the email communications and the rental agreement.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Chris and Shani. England.
