Sea and mountain view apartment. Pinarello beach 500 meters on foot via a footpath.
Fully equipped luxury apartment, 70 m² (2 bedrooms) + 25 m² terrace. 6 to 8 people.
In a secure residence of 15 houses (bait on the 1st floor), with secure collective swimming pool in the residence
Upstairs apartment with reversible air conditioning.
Large living room with sitting area, American kitchen and dining area
Living room (wifi, tv, satellite dish, Ipod bose dock, sofa bed in 140)
Fully equipped kitchen.
25 m² terrace facing south west, sea view, awning, garden furniture, deckchair, weber barbecue
Closed storage room on the ground floor.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing table, deckchair available; bugaboo stroller rental possible)
The residence: quiet, secure, the residence is a pleasant little village with a secure swimming pool.
Stéphane, the concierge, even prepares small dishes on request if you don't have the courage to cook. In season, a bread delivery service is provided by these services.
A wine cellar at your disposal with a "discovery of Corsican wines" selection. You taste, share your impressions in the tasting book and in turn make your favorites available to the following tenants (to be consumed in moderation like any good thing).
The apartment: Facing south-west, the corner terrace ensures perfect exposure. The blind protects you from the sun.
The magnificent bay of Pinarello is a 10 'walk away, you will find a superb sea, deckchairs, nautical activities, restaurants in the marine village of Pinarello, ... Grocery store less than 300 m2 in season.
The surroundings: 15 'from Porto Vecchio, you benefit from an ideal location to enjoy the charms of Southern Corsica.

Tout est neuf, bien pensé et surtout la vue mer et l'accès mer à pied sont vraiment appréciable. La résidence est calme, et vraiment le sud de la corse c'est vraiment comme sur les cartes postales (mer de rêves, bateau, montagne, rando, cheval, ...)
