About this apartment rental
3-bedroom duplex for 8 guests on the first floor of our family-run residence in Pinarello. Large terrace with plancha grill and views over the bay, plus a private sun terrace upstairs. Pool reserved for our 4 apartments, open from 7 am to midnight and heated in spring and autumn. Right at the residence: our grocery shop (in season) and our pizzeria, open in the evening. Pinarello beach 10–15 minutes on foot. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included.
THE APARTMENT
Main level: bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. The large terrace of about 40 m², with sunshade and plancha grill, overlooks Pinarello bay and the mountains.
Private upper floor, reached by a staircase next to the kitchen: one bedroom with its own bathroom, its own toilet and a sun terrace of about 10 m² – ideal for a couple, grandparents or two families travelling together.
Beds: bedroom 1, one 160 cm bed and one 90 cm bed; bedroom 2, one 160 cm bed and one 90 cm bed; bedroom 3 (private upper floor), one 160 cm bed.
Air conditioning in every room, excellent sound insulation, double glazing, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, free parking.
Included in the price: bed linen and towels, final cleaning, baby cot, high chair and children's cutlery.
On arrival, a basket of Corsican products awaits you as a welcome gift.
GOOD TO KNOW
Everything is right at the residence: free parking, our grocery shop in season (fresh bread and pastries every morning, Corsican products), a hairdresser and barber, and a beauty and nail salon. Deliveries to the shop take place early in the morning, but the apartments are very well soundproofed.
Pinarello beach is a 10 to 15-minute walk; the way back is slightly uphill. A car is recommended to explore the beaches of the south, Bavella or the natural pools of the Cavu.
The family pizzeria, open in the evening only, borders the pool.
Optional services during your stay: extra cleaning, change of linen (€90), breakfast with products from our grocery shop (€15 per person). A later check-out is possible on request, when the schedule allows.
An identical apartment is available right next door: ideal for two families or a group of up to 16 people.
SURROUNDINGS
The village of Pinarello with its restaurants, ice-cream parlours and cafés, and its fine sandy beach, shallow and lined with a pine forest – ideal for young children. Boat, pedalo and windsurf rental.
The Cavu and its natural pools are a 10-minute drive away. Porto-Vecchio 10 minutes, Bonifacio 30 minutes, the Aiguilles de Bavella 45 minutes, with many hiking trails. Lezza golf course (6 holes) 15 km away and Sperone golf course (18 holes) 40 km away. Figari airport 30 km, Porto-Vecchio port 15 km.

Wir hatten das Appartment für 5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind für 2 Wochen gemietet. Es ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es gibt Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Fürs Kleinkind gab es vom Bett über, Stuhl bis hin zum Töpfchen und Besteck ebenfalls alles vor Ort. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon und unten zwei weitere Zimmer (Doppelzimmer und Vierbettzimmer mit einem Stockbett und einem Dopppelbett) und ein Bad sowie einen weitere Toilette. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick, großem Tisch und Sonnenstühlen.
Vor der Tür gibt's täglich Obst, Gemüse und frische Brötchen und weitere Lebensmittel in einem kleinen Lädchen. Weiterhin gehört den Besitzern ein kleines Restaurant direkt neben an mit wirklich tollem Essen vor allem die Pizza können wir empfehlen, die man auch abholen kann. Die Eigentümer und Angestellten waren wirklich immer sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Zum Strand von Pinerello mit toller Sandbucht kann man in 10-15 min zu Fuß auf einem schönen Weg entlang des Sees gehen. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants kann man vom Appartment fußläufig erreichen. Die nächsten großen Supermärkte befinden sich einen Ort weiter.
Parkplätze stehen vor der Tür ausreichend zur Verfügung und auch ein Pool lädt zur Abkühlung ein.
Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Neben dem Ferienhaus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant.
Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat:
Vom Balkon der Wohnung aus sieht und hört man die Straße. Aber es herrscht kein reger Verkehr…
…. wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Location de très bonne qualité. Propre et bien située à 10 mn à pied de la plage. Très proche des piscines naturelles de Cavu.
Grande terrasse. C'est vrai que la route n'est pas loin mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
Petit bémol concernant la piscine qui était notée accessible seulement aux 2 appartements mais depuis cette année elle est aussi accessible aux clients du restaurant en journée... Et l'accès n'est plus possible après 18h30 pour cause de service du soir...
