Located 450 meters from the sandy bay in Pinarellu and its small marine village with the possibility of not using a means of transport.
The beach is 450 m walk, the nearest trade is a grocery store (in season) with breads, pastries, vegetables and Corsican products just 30 meters from the residence.
Restaurants, ice cream parlors, snacks, creperies, cafes are 500 m walk, in the village of Pinarellu.
The beach is ideal for small children as shallow, beautiful pine forest for shade and picnic only 500 meters from the Residence.
Open parking at the back and front of the building. 4X9 pool exclusively reserved for 2 rentals.
Commercial port of Porto-Vecchio 15 kms and Figari airport 30 ms.

We had a super stay in this well set up flat- everything a family needs for a holiday. Excellent terraces for relaxing, close to a fabulous beach, cafes, shop and Daniel and his family were really lovely and patient with all our questions. Thanks you!

This was a lovely well kept spacious apartment with everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Owners are very welcoming and available to help any time. The pool is excellent and you have a beautiful beach in walking distance. We would recommend staying here.

We have just enjoyed a memorable week's holiday in Corsica.
We stayed at Maison 2 at Le Patio which we can definitely recommend. The accommodation is luxurious, the pool is fabulous, and warm, and Mr & Mrs Pietri are friendly, efficient and lovely hosts. They also have a delightful shop next door, with everything you could need. Pinarellu beach is wonderful. Unsurprisingly we hope to go back soon. Pete & Marianne Smith
