Pleasant small detached house (60 m²) located on a private plot of 3000 m², away from the village, quiet, without being isolated (first neighbor 100m).
It offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet; all equipped with the standard comfort expected. The outdoor area is planted with laurels and cork oaks which will provide shade and relaxation.
It is located in southern Corsica, between the village of Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio and the village of Conca where the famous GR20 hiking trail ends. This ideal location between sea (10 minutes) and mountains (also 10 minutes) will allow you on the one hand to enjoy several beaches: Pinarellu, Fautea, Favone ... and the water sports they offer; on the other hand, it will seduce you with the beauty of the Cavu valley, its natural pools where swimming is a real pleasure and the variety of sporting activities on offer (tree climbing, mountain biking, hiking ...). In addition, Porto-Vecchio and its attractions are only 20 km away.

Casa accogliente,ben tenuta, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. All’estero un grande giardino. Struttura a solo immersa nella natura per chi desidera pace e tranquillità. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Il proprietario parla molto bene l’italiano.

Une location fonctionnelle au calme. Pas de voisins... si ce n'est les chevaux qui viennent nous dire bonjour. Plages à 15 mn. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis. Très sympathiques. Nous recommandons.

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques et accueillants. La maison est très agréable, fraiche, tout y est bien pensé. Quand au jardin, super, beaucoup d''espace, la tranquillité ....
Et le coin aussi est super autant pour les baignades en mer qu''en rivière, mais aussi pour les ballades en montagne. Aucun point négatif à signaler."
