Séjour revigorant dans un studio idéalement situé. Ma fille et moi avons été bercées par l'écho des vagues et des goélands. Mme Forest a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande disponibilité en cette période particulière du COVID. Studio parfait, super accueillant. Merci!

Studio conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé avec beaucoup de facilités et décoré avec goût, le plus étant cette vue imprenable sur la plage du Sillon et au-delà, attention car il est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Bon contact également avec la propriétaire. Un logement à ce tarif, à cette saison et à cet emplacement privilégié dans Saint Malo, que demander de plus ?

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Situé au 4ième étage, face à la mer, vues imprenables sur la plage du Sillon, l'impression d'être dans un bateau. Proche du centre, environ 10mn à pied. Très bien agencé ,bien équipé, literie de bonne qualité. Hôte très accueillante et disponible. Adresse recommandée pour un séjour à St Malo, David et Hélène

Equipements récents, petit appartement cosy et très sympa avec vue mer. Les + : la vue, emplacement proche vieux remparts et bords de plage, appartement refait à neuf, très moderne avec les équipements en rapport, propriétaire très sympa. Les - : pas de parking (galère quand on visite la région), fait pour les petites tailles (attention aux poutres, lit 140...), pas d'ascenseur. Un excellent séjour cependant.

Idéalement situé face à la plage du sillon, au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble . l'appartement est parfait et très bien équipé pour un couple. la propriétaire est disponible à l’écoute et très agréable. A 15 minutes du centre de saint Malo à pied, le parking gratuit est à 15 minutes à pied vers la poste. le GR ou sentier des douaniers passe au pied de l'immeuble .Bonne randonnée et bonne baignade. Petit appartement parfaitement situé, à mi-chemin d'intra et du Sillon. L'endroit est très propre, fonctionnel, calme et agréable, tout à fait conforme à sa description. Vue magnifique sur la plage : baignade et promenade à deux pas. Beaucoup de facilités (machine à laver, lessive, petits produits ménagers) rendent ce lieu confortable. Excellente location à recommander.

L'appartement ne pourrait pas être mieux situé : face à la mer, au 4e, avec une vue splendide sur les marées. Hormis quelques broutilles d'équipement (une spatule en bois par ex serait utile, la wifi aussi) il faut mettre en avant les points suivants, essentiels à nos yeux : la literie est parfaite, matelas ni trop dur ni trop moelleux. Nous avons dormi comme des souches. L'appartement est propre, très joli, très confortable, globalement très bien équipé, le tout à un tarif très raisonnable pour la situation, la période, et la durée du séjour. Et sa propriétaire est très agréable. Hautement recommandé !

L’appartement était parfait pour deux personnes. Face à la mer avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un court séjour. Les intrus-muraux , l’épicerie et les restos étaient à distance de marche de l’endroit. Je le recommande à tous, c’est propre et la proprio est accueillante.

A louer sans hésiter pour passer un beau séjour à St Malo !

Emplacement idéal avec accès direct sur la belle plage du Sillon de St Malo. A 10min à pied de St Malo, on peut se passer de la voiture sans problème. Bien situé également pour visiter la côte d'Emeraude. L'appartement est nickel avec le confort qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances (Wifi, télé, lave vaisselle, machine à laver le ligne, etc...). Accueil très charmant de la propriétaire. On reviendra sans hésiter !.

J'ai eu un accueil chaleureux, adapter à mon arrivé. On trouve tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement pour passer d'agréable vacance. Un lit très confortable,très très propre . Une très belle vue sur la mer . On n'a juste qu'à traverser la route et c est la plage. Placer à un endroit qui permet d'aller aussi bien à la ville qu'aux autres plages. Un service de bus adapté aux différentes visites des environs. J'ai passé une très belle semaine.

Wir haben zu zweit zwei schöne Wochen am Meer verbracht. Schöne Aussicht nette Vermieterin und eine gute Ausstattung hat die sehr saubere Wohnung perfekt gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, gerade für Urlauber die Saint Malo noch nicht kennen, alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, das alte Zentrum, Restaurants und Strand. Wir freuen uns wenn wir diese Wohnung nächstes Jahr wieder bekommen sollten.

Très agréable séjour dans un studio refait à neuf et très propre, avec une déco de très bon goût, un espace nuit indépendant avec un vrai lit pas un canapé, un équipement complet (lave linge, lave vaisselle) et tout ça avec une vue magnifique sur la plage du Sillon et ses couchers de soleil incroyable ! Accueil parfait de la propriétaire très avenante et avec même un petit cadeau d'arrivée. Attention seulement aux personnes de grandes tailles, appartement sous les toits notamment pour la douche et les toilettes. Pour les personnes qui n'aiment pas les escaliers vous aurez 4 étages sans ascenseur à monter. En haute saison quelques difficultés à se garer devant l'immeuble il faut parfois tourner pas mal dans le quartier (voir plus loin) pour trouver une place, mais le stationnement est gratuit. Mais de toutes façons vous passerez un moment très agréable à 5 mn à pied de St Malo.

Exactement comme sur les photos. Accueil de Catherine Forest très cordial et super sympa. Studio très accueillant, très bien équipé et juste en face la plage. Vous descendez en maillot et remontez pour prendre la douche. Génial. Situation exceptionnelle par rapport à St Malo intra-muros. Idéal pour un couple .
