About this house rental
Ideally located in the heart of the island, KER PISSOT is 10 minutes by bike / 30 minutes by foot from Port Joinville, the Sabias beach which is closest to the house is 7 minutes by bike / 30 minutes by foot.
Recently renovated 140 m² holiday home for 10 people.
Our house is equipped as a main residence with all modern comforts to make everyone feel at home.
Large living room of 60 m², bright living room with fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area with a fireplace, a lounge area leading to the south-facing terrace with patio and a plancha on a quiet, enclosed garden. Outdoor shower
The house has 4 bedrooms served by a corridor isolated from the main room (all the bedding is new):
• A large bedroom in master bedroom with a 160 bed with shower room, WC, closet and television.
• A bedroom with 2 single beds with a closet and a chest of drawers.
• A bedroom with 4 beds, 2 bunk beds of 90x200 with 3 storage units and a television.
• A small bedroom with a 160 bed with a closet.
• A bathroom with WC.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, refrigerator, family coffee maker, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker (take capsules not sold on the island), food processor, steamer , etc
The patio has garden furniture (table, chair and deckchair), a plancha, a gas tripod for cooking shellfish and a fryer.
Garage, cellar with freezer, utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Maison très fonctionnelle et vaste, décorée avec soins, avec un joli jardin une cuisine extérieure très pratique. L’emplacement central dans l’île est encore un avantage supplémentaire.

La maison est très grande notamment la pièce de vie , très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée. La cuisine extérieure est un plus.
Le petit jardin clos est sympa.
Bien située au centre de l'île.
La propriétaire et la personne chargée de l'accueil sont vraiment sympathiques.
Amis et famille ont unanimement apprécié.

Nous avons passé Un très agréable séjour. La maison est idéalement située au centre de l île à proximité de saint sauveur, de port joinville et des plages des Sabias et de la côte sauvage.
La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre avec sa cuisine d été et son jardin clôt. Idéal pour les enfants en bas âge.
