On an area of more than 69, - m2 in GARDEN, distributed around the living room, the cottage includes: a single bedroom, a dining room, with complementary bed, a kitchen and toilet.
EQUIPMENT:
• Bedroom with Bedding 1. 60 x 2. 00 with drawers, wardrobe and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
• Dining room table with chairs, sideboard and sleeping area with sofa bed 1. 40 x 1. 90
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas and electric fires, gas oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, mixer etc.
• Bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin
• Exterior Private terrace overlooking the garden of 15, - m2
• Parking provided on site
ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY:
2 to 4 people plus a toddler, extra bed provided
ANIMALS:
On request and with prior agreement, animals are in principle came assets (€ 5 / day).

The property is very well appointed with all the facilities and amenities you require. The location is quiet and peaceful. The property is within 400 metres of the canal which is great for traffic free bike rides.The family are very welcoming and hospitable, ready to provide advice on the area.
It is only a short drive to the Vosges Mountains, the vineyards and interesting places to visit such as Mulhouse, Basel, and Colmar.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful gite. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the hospitality and kindness shown by Jean, Marie and Beatrice. The gite's grounds are picturesque and it is lovely to be able to sit outside on the terrace. Inside the gite is very well looked after and has everything you need.
Jean was very informative with advice and tips on things to do in the local area and there are many excellent days out to be had from Heidwiller.
We would especially recommend a visit to the local restaurant and a bike ride along the canal. Europa park, which is an amazing theme park in Germany, is also well worth a visit and is only about an hours drive away,
Thanks again Jean and Marie. Hopefully we will see you again!

This is a fabulous Gite in rural France.
We were greeting by the owners daughter upon arrival and let into the cottage. When the owners returned they presented us with a beautiful home-baked cake and we enjoyed a lovely chat with them. During the booking process, our travel plans changed many times but owners were very supportive and flexible in meeting our needs.
The cottage itself is very well appointed with everything we needed and it quickly became our 'home from home'.
The village is very quiet [just what we wanted] and a lovely place to wander around with some great photo opportunities in the village and along the canal which runs alongside it. The local restaurant offered an excellent selection of food and drink although sadly, we did not manage to get there on this vacation.
With the owners living next door they were particularly welcoming and helpful in suggesting 'places to see'. The cottage itself has an abundance of tourist material for local attractions, museums etc etc. In addition, Switzerland is not too far away either so we took the opportunity to visit Grindelwald and the Eiger. There was also a fantastic automobile museum in Mulhouse which is not too far away.
There are a number of large supermarkets either in, or en-route to, Altkirch that can provide everything you may need.
This was a very nice break for us traveling back to the Wales from Heidelberg and I cannot recommend this Gite highly enough.
