About this country house rental
House with authentic charm, five minutes walk from the center of a village with many shops and a market of local produce twice a week. Located a quarter of an hour from downtown Montpellier and twenty minutes from the beaches.
The house includes:
- A very large living room of 75 m2 with mezzanine and adjoining dining room.
- A parental suite on the ground floor
- Upstairs a bedroom with double bed and another with 3 single beds including 2 bunk. A baby bed.
- a fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom upstairs.
- A shower room adjoining the ground floor bedroom.
- Separate toilets in the R.D.C.
The garden is equipped to allow to rest in the shade or in the sun, to take advantage of the privative swimming pool and to take all its meals outside in order to make the most of its holidays.
It is a 10-minute drive to the free Lunaret Zoo, which allows you to discover all of its wildlife in a shady environment and to do different walks.
You can explore the old town of Montpellier and its activities (restaurants, museums, shopping, etc ...); as well as in the west, towns of Sète, Béziers, Pézenas (the city of Molière) and Agde ..
The house is also ideally located to discover all the typical villages of the north of Montpellier: Saint-Guilhem the desert (one of the most beautiful villages of France), Saint-Martin of London, the Matelles, as well as the exceptional sites of the valley of the Hérault, the caves of Clamouse and Demoiselles and the circus of Navacelle.
You can also swim in fresh water by joining the Hérault Valley and its natural pools near the village of Saint-Bauzille de Putois.

- A deposit of 1500 euros will be given directly to the owner for the delivery of keys. (By check for French or cash, bank transfers for foreigners.)

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here in Montferrier-sur-Lez. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool and garden were fantastic for the kids to play in. Even during the heatwave (44 Celsius), it was great to cool down with a swim in the pool.
A special thanks to Chantal and Alain who were very welcoming when we arrived and very helpful during our stay.
