Saint Clément is a residential village a few kilometers north of Montpellier.
The village center, 1.5km from the property, has shops, and a shopping center is 4km away.
The house faces south/southwest. The pergola overlooks the pool, with a valley and pine forest stretching for hundreds of meters in the background.

Main room (living room/dining room/second living room in one open space, separated by a plant-filled patio). Spacious area (>100 m2), opening onto the terrace and pool, very bright.
Second living room: converted into a video room with a Bose sound system and giant screen.
Kitchen opening onto a summer dining room and, on the other side, a winter garden with sliding bay windows.
New high-end German kitchen with American refrigerator (1 freezer in adjoining room). Filtered water. Induction hob, central vacuum, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Malongo coffee maker.

Perfect for groups or bigger families. We enjoyed the spacious living room with enough space to sit together as a group and as well enough space for seperation.
Well equipped kitchen. It is a pleasure to cook for a group here.
The pool area offers a lot of space and enough covered space to eat as a group.

We had an amazing week staying at this villa. The pool is fab, the jacuzzi is fun and the outdoor cooking area is great when cooking for large groups. After a full day of playing in the pool the kids could watch a film using the cinema style projector TV while the adults were relaxing in the jacuzzi of truth. JC was very accommodating and I would recommend this villa to anyone. We will probably come back ourselves in a few years.

We would like to say that we have a very nice time. We were with a group of 14 friends, and we had so much space in the villa. Almost every room has his own bathroom. You can sit all together but when you need some time alone you can go to your room and take a bath and relax. Everything was very clean. The people are very nice and the communication was also very good. I could recommend this villa to everybody.
