Saint-Clément is a residential village located just a few kilometres north of Montpellier.
The village centre, 1.5 km from the property, offers local shops and services, while a larger shopping centre is located 4 km away.
The house is south/south-west facing. The pergola overlooks the swimming pool, with uninterrupted views across a valley and pine forest stretching for several hundred metres.
Ground Floor
Spacious open-plan living area (living room, dining room and second lounge), separated by a planted indoor patio filled with greenery. This bright space extends over 100 m² and opens directly onto the terrace and swimming pool. Feature staircase with integrated plants.
Second lounge set up as a TV room.
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the summer dining area on one side and a winter garden with pocket sliding glass doors on the other.

Perfect for groups or bigger families. We enjoyed the spacious living room with enough space to sit together as a group and as well enough space for seperation.
Well equipped kitchen. It is a pleasure to cook for a group here.
The pool area offers a lot of space and enough covered space to eat as a group.

We had an amazing week staying at this villa. The pool is fab, the jacuzzi is fun and the outdoor cooking area is great when cooking for large groups. After a full day of playing in the pool the kids could watch a film using the cinema style projector TV while the adults were relaxing in the jacuzzi of truth. JC was very accommodating and I would recommend this villa to anyone. We will probably come back ourselves in a few years.

We would like to say that we have a very nice time. We were with a group of 14 friends, and we had so much space in the villa. Almost every room has his own bathroom. You can sit all together but when you need some time alone you can go to your room and take a bath and relax. Everything was very clean. The people are very nice and the communication was also very good. I could recommend this villa to everybody.
