Unpack your bags for a few peaceful days just 25 minutes from Montpellier and 30 minutes from the beaches.
Quiet, independent units that are connected to one another. Ideal for families or friends who want to be together yet have their own space—they can be combined to form a large two-level duplex.
Additionally, a studio and an extra bedroom may be available. (Optional)
Private terraces and gardens, and access to the pool (during designated hours).
Dogs welcome (additional fee based on the dog’s breed)
Designated outdoor smoking areas.
The Accommodation
The two units are separate within the villa and can be used independently of one another.
Total with options: 6 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, terrace, garden, parking spaces.
Sheets and towels are not included but can be requested as an option.

The 5-bedroom duplex (95 square meters) consists of:
- a large bedroom with a 180-size bed and a small single bed (90)
- a bedroom with bunk beds for children. (3 people)
- a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs (if there are more than 4 guests)
- a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed
- a bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed.
- a bathroom.

Paid option: A studio equipped for 2.

Shaded patio and private garden.
At the far end of the garden, a small gate leads to another garden, at the end of which is the 20-square-meter studio (small cottage): a 160-bed and a small wooden terrace.
The accommodations include a parking space and access to the pool and relaxation area (sun loungers and a canopy bed)
The pool is for your exclusive use if you rent all the accommodations.
If you rent both accommodations, no other guests will have access to the pool, which will therefore be for your EXCLUSIVE use during the access hours of 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
To ensure flexibility and organization, the hours can be arranged between hosts and guests in advance by phone or on-site, on a day-to-day basis.

We can pick you up at the nearest train station, Baillargues, which is accessible by train from the Montpellier St. Roch station.
