Ideally located, this small one-bedroom apartment (approximately 35 m²) is on the third floor of a residence on one of Arcachon's most beautiful avenues.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure (though narrow) parking space.
The living room features a TV and Wi-Fi and opens onto a large balcony, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.
The small, fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a stovetop, mini-oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and washing machine. There is a separate toilet.
The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and also opens onto the balcony. There is a bathroom and a storage cupboard in the hallway.
All amenities are nearby (market, restaurants, shops, bike rentals), as well as the beach for afternoon swims or picnics, and cycle paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also close by, ideal if you are arriving by train. A sunny holiday awaits! ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Bed linen: €25 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €18 for one person for one week. High chair/baby cot: €10/week. Wi-Fi hotspot: €39/week.
